THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government stipulating the division of responsibilities for state management of product quality;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Science, Technology, and Product Quality Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The following standards are hereby issued:
10 TCN 551-2002: Temporary procedure for rice hybrid seed varieties, technical requirements.
10 TCN 552-2002: Testing regulations for the distinctness, uniformity, and stability of potato seed varieties.
10 TCN 553-2002: Testing regulations for the distinctness, uniformity, and stability of soybean seed varieties.
10 TCN 554-2002: Testing regulations for the distinctness, uniformity, and stability of rice seed varieties.
10 TCN 555-2002: Testing regulations for the distinctness, uniformity, and stability of peanut seed varieties.
10 TCN 556-2002: Testing regulations for the distinctness, uniformity, and stability of corn seed varieties.
10 TCN 557-2002: Testing regulations for the distinctness, uniformity, and stability of tomato seed varieties.
Article 2. Now hereby promulgates the following industry standards:
10 TCN 558-2002: Testing regulations for the agronomic value and utilization of replacement rice seed varieties Replacing Standard 10 TCN 309-98: Testing regulations for rice seed varieties.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 4. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Science, Technology, and Product Quality Department, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
