OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
CHAIRMAN
THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 131-SL dated July 20, 1946 on the organization of judicial police;
Pursuant to the current provisional regulations;
At the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry and the Minister of Justice;
After the Council of Ministers has decided and the Standing Committee of the National Assembly has agreed,
ISSUES THE DECREE-LAW
Article 1
In addition to the forest inspectors established by Decree-Law No. 131-SL dated July 20, 1946, the following officials appointed to the positions listed below shall have the status of judicial police officers:
1 - Chief of Forest District
2 - Head of Forest Sub-district.
Article 2
The Ministers of Agriculture and Forestry and Justice shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
