APPROVE THE NUMBER OF 45 (FORTY-FIVE) DELEGATES TO THE PROVINCE OF BA CAU PEOPLE'S COUNCIL, 16 (SIXTEEN) ELECTORAL UNITS AND THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT FOR THE PROVINCE OF BA CAU PEOPLE'S COUNCIL (ATTACHED LIST).
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVINCE OF BA CAU PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE, THE MINISTER - HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION AND CIVIL SERVANTS AFFAIRS COUNCIL OF THE GOVERNMENT AND THE MINISTER, CHIEF OF THE GOVERNMENT OFFICE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE.
