RESOLUTION
ON SUPPLEMENTING THE NUMBER OF DEPUTY PRIME MINISTERS OF THE GOVERNMENT FOR THE 15TH NATIONAL ASSEMBLY TERM
OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
On the basis of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
BASED ON THE LAW ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY NO. 57/2014/QH13, AS AMENDED BY SOME ARTICLES IN LAW NO. 65/2020/QH14;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the Government No. 76/2015/QH13 amended and supplemented by Law No. 47/2019/QH14;
Pursuant to the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly sessions issued together with Resolution No. 71/2022/QH15 dated December 15, 2022 of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to the Proposal No. 108/TTr-TTg dated August 23, 2024 of the Prime Minister on supplementing the number of Deputy Prime Ministers for the 15th National Assembly term and the Report No. 126/BC-UBPL15-m dated August 25, 2024 of the Committee for Legal Affairs;
RESOLUTION:
Article 1
Supplement one Deputy Prime Minister so that the Government for the 15th National Assembly term will have five Deputy Prime Ministers.
Article 2
This Resolution shall take effect from the date it is adopted by the National Assembly.
This Resolution was adopted by the 15th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam at its eighth extraordinary session on August 26, 2024.
