DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Regarding the issuance of toll rates for the use of National Highway 5
at the Quan Toan toll station in Hai Phong city
from Kilometer 62 to Kilometer 103

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities of state management by ministries and agencies equivalent to ministries; After receiving comments from the Ministry of Transport (Document No. 4083/BGTVT-TCKT dated November 8, 1999).
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 on combating smuggling under new circumstances;
Pursuant to Decree No. 04/1999/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under the state budget;

.- Issued together with this Decision is the Table of toll rates for the use of National Highway 5 at the Quan Toan toll station in Hai Phong city from Kilometer 62 to Kilometer 103 (the newly constructed section).The toll rates prescribed in this Article shall apply to the objects subject to collection and payment as stipulated in Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the system of tolls for bridges and roads managed by the State, Circular No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding amendments and supplements to Point 1.d, Section A, Part IV and Point 3.n, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance, and Circular No. 05/1999/TT-BTC dated January 13, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance guiding amendments and supplements to Point 3 of Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998.
Article 2.
- The toll collection agency for National Highway 5 at the Quan Toan toll station shall implement the collection, payment, and management of toll revenues in accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 54/1999/TT-BTC dated May 10, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of Decree No. 04/1999/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under the State budget.Article 3.
- This Decision replaces Decision No. 54/1999/QD-BTC dated May 19, 1999 of the Minister of Finance and shall take effect 15 days from the date of signature.Article 5.
- Organizations and individuals subject to payment of tolls, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize toll collection at the Quan Toan toll station in Hai Phong city, and related agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.Ministry of Finance
