DECISION NO. 144/2003/QD-BTC OF SEPTEMBER 10, 2003 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ON THE ISSUE OF FEES FOR USING THE NATIONAL HIGHWAY ROUTE AVOIDING NATIONAL HIGHWAY 1A THROUGH TAM KY CITY, QUANG NAM PROVINCE
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Fees and Charges;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/ND-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated January 7, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Circular No. 109/2002/TT-BTC dated December 6, 2002 of the Ministry of Finance regarding the collection, payment, and management of the use of road usage fees;
At the proposal of the Director General of the State Revenue Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1: Attached hereto is the schedule of fees for using the national highway route avoiding National Highway 1A through Tam Ky City, Quang Nam Province. The application of fees for using the national highway route avoiding National Highway 1A through Tam Ky City, Quang Nam Province shall be implemented in accordance with current regulations.
Article 2: The agency responsible for collecting fees for the national highway route avoiding National Highway 1A through Tam Ky City, Quang Nam Province shall collect, remit, and manage the collected fees in accordance with the regulations applicable to highways funded by state loans and subject to fee collection for recovery of costs.
Article 3: This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4: Organizations and individuals subject to payment of fees, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize the collection of fees for using the national highway route avoiding National Highway 1A through Tam Ky City, Quang Nam Province, and related agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
