DECREE
On Imposing an Additional Tax of 5đ and 10đ on Postal Stamps for Nam Giao Category dd and 0đ06
CHAIRMAN OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Upon the proposal of the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications, the Council of Ministers agrees,
ISSUES THIS DECREE:
Article 1. Allows for printing on top of postal stamps of categories Nam Giao 0đ03 and 0đ06 the title "Democratic Republic of Vietnam", the term "National Defense" and an additional tax of 5đ00 and 10đ00.
Article 2. The aforementioned stamps may be used at their original value (0đ03 and 0đ06) for postal rates, newspapers, and transportation fees.
Article 3. The additional revenue from the above-mentioned stamps shall be deposited into the National Defense Fund.
Article 4. Ministers of Finance, Posts and Telecommunications, and National Defense shall implement this Decree.
