Pursuant to the Ordinance on Protection of State Secrets dated December 28, 2000;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 136/2003/NĐ-CP of November 14, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Public Security;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 33/2002/NĐ-CP dated March 28, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Protection of State Secrets;

Article 1. The List of State Secrets of Confidential Level in the Sports Industry includes information within the following scope:
1. Methods and secrets for selecting coaches and athletes in high-performance sports that have not been disclosed;
2. Measures and secrets for restoring health to athletes after training and competition;
3. Results of scientific research projects on sports, data on physical conditions of military forces, regions, and social strata that have not been disclosed;
4. Plans for cooperation between the Sports Industry and foreign countries that have not been disclosed;
5. Security plans for major national and international sports competitions held in Vietnam; security plans for Vietnamese sports teams participating in competitions abroad that have not been disclosed;
6. Files related to bidding processes and contracts in the field of sports that have not been disclosed;
7. Files and documents related to inspections and audits; results of inspections and audits in the Sports Industry that have not been disclosed;
8. Files of leaders at the department level and above in the Sports Industry; documents related to internal political issues in the Sports Industry that have not been disclosed;
9. Documents on the design of internal computer networks and databases in the Sports Industry; encryption keys, passwords, and conventions regarding information security and safety in the use and application of information technology in the Sports Industry.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. Competent agencies of the Sports Steering Committee and the Ministry of Public Security are responsible for guiding and supervising the implementation of this Decision.
Article 3. Ministries; ministerial-level agencies; government agencies; People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
