PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/ND-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Competition and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward;
Upon the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training (Proposal No. 9754/TTr-BGDĐT dated September 13, 2007) and the Chairman of the Central Steering Committee for Competition and Reward (Proposal No. 1408/TTr-BTĐKT dated October 24, 2007),
DECISION:
Article 1. Award commendations from the Prime Minister to seven individuals under the Ministry of Education and Training (with attached list), who have achieved notable results in educational work from the 2001-2002 academic year to the 2005-2006 academic year, contributing to the cause of building Socialism and defending the country.
Article 2. The Minister of Education and Training, the Chairman of the Central Steering Committee for Competition and Reward, and the individuals named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
