BASED ON Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on the Election of People's Council Deputies (amended) dated JUNE 21, 1994;

THE GOVERNMENT
APPROVES THE NUMBER OF 49 (FORTY-NINE) DELEGATES TO THE SOC TRANG PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL, 17 (SEVENTEEN) ELECTORAL UNITS, AND THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT FOR THE SOC TRANG PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL (ATTACHED LIST).
At the request of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Lào Cai Province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department under the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Approve the number of fifty (50) representatives of the Provincial People's Council, eighteen (18) constituencies, and the number of representatives to be elected from each constituency for the People's Council of Lào Cai Province (attached list).
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lào Cai Province; the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department under the Government, and the Minister, Director of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
