Pursuant to the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 detailing certain provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Legislative Acts of Regulations;

Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017, issued by the Government, on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;

At the proposal of the Director of the Radio Frequency Management Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Correcting technical errors in Circular No. 04/2021/TT-BTTTT dated August 13, 2021, issued by the Minister of Information and Communications, detailing and guiding procedures for issuing frequency usage permits; leasing and lending radio equipment; sharing radio frequencies as follows:

1At point a, Clause 3, Article 19: Amend the phrase "at point a, Clause 1 of this Article;" name, "at Clause 1 of this Article;"

2At Clause 2, Article 28: Amend the phrase "radio frequency usage permit and radio equipment usage permit" name, "radio frequency usage permit"

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance and is an integral part of Circular No. 04/2021/TT-BTTTT dated August 13, 2021, issued by the Minister of Information and Communications, detailing and guiding procedures for issuing frequency usage permits; leasing and lending radio equipment; sharing radio frequencies.

Article 3. The Director of the Office, Heads of the Legal Department, Director of the Radio Frequency Management Agency, Heads of units under the Ministry, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
