Amending Circular No. 12/2007/TT-BKHCN

dated June 12, 2007, issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology

Pursuant to the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1996, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents dated December 16, 2002;

Pursuant to Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP dated March 23, 2004, promulgated by the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Pursuant to Decree No. 54/2003/ND-CP dated May 19, 2003, promulgated by the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Decree No. 28/2004/ND-CP dated January 16, 2004, promulgated by the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 54/2003/ND-CP;

Considering the proposal of the Inspector General of the Ministry,

DECISION:

Article 1. Correcting errors in the sequence numbers presented in Section II and Section III of Circular No. 12/2007/TT-BKHCN dated June 12, 2007, issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology guiding certain provisions of Decree No. 51/2006/ND-CP dated May 19, 2006, promulgated by the Government on administrative penalties for violations in the field of safety and radiation control as follows:

12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThis Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

The Inspector General, the Director of the Office, Heads of units under the Ministry, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
