Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decision No. 43/2001/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated November 9, 2001 of the Minister of Education and Training on the issuance of the Primary School Curriculum;
At the proposal of the Director of the Primary Education Department and the Director of the Planning and Finance Department,
DECISION:
Article 1The Minimum Teaching Equipment List for Grade 4 of the Primary School Curriculum issued pursuant to Decision No. 43/2001/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated November 9, 2001 of the Minister of Education and Training is hereby promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. Based on the Minimum Teaching Equipment List for Grade 4 issued pursuant to this Decision, the Departments of Education and Training shall be responsible for directing schools and primary education management agencies to purchase, produce, collect, preserve, and implement the use of such equipment to serve teaching and learning activities at primary schools.
Article 3This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Heads of the Office, the Directors of the Planning and Finance Department, the Director of the Primary Education Department, the Heads of units related to the Ministry of Education and Training, and the Directors of the Departments of Education and Training shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
