MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT
The Prime Minister issues this Decision amending and supplementing certain provisions of the Regulation on Response Activities to Oil Spill Incidents issued together with Decision No. 02/2013/QĐ-TTg dated January 14, 2013 of the Prime Minister.
Pursuant to Decree No. 91/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2006/ND-CP dated January 23, 2006 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Trade regarding international trade activities and foreign-related agency purchase, sale, processing, and transit activities;
Considering the proposals of the Director of the International Cooperation Department, the Director of the Legal Affairs Department, and the Director of the Environmental Protection Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached List of refrigeration equipment using CFC refrigerants that are prohibited from import is hereby issued.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees under central cities, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
