THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 86/2002/ND-CP dated November 5, 2002, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 85/2003/ND-CP dated July 18, 2003, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2006/ND-CP dated August 2, 2006, detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
BASED ON THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING DECISION NO. 16/2006/QD-BGDDT dated May 5, 2006, issuing the General Secondary Education Program;
BASED ON THE CONCLUSION OF THE BOARD OF REVIEW OF EARLY CHILDHOOD AND GENERAL EDUCATION EQUIPMENT dated April 22, 2007;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSALS OF THE DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENTS: Secondary Education, Planning and Finance, Science and Technology;
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE MINIMUM TEACHING EQUIPMENT LIST FOR GRADE 11.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE. BASED ON THE MINIMUM TEACHING EQUIPMENT LIST FOR GRADE 11 ISSUED WITH THIS DECISION, THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING SHALL DIRECT SCHOOLS AND EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT BODIES TO PURCHASE, MANUFACTURE, COLLECT, PRESERVE, AND USE EQUIPMENT FOR TEACHING AT SECONDARY SCHOOLS.
Article 3. MR./MS. CHIEF OF THE OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENTS: Planning and Finance, Secondary Education, Science and Technology, HEADS OF RELATED UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, AND DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./
