REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF REGULATIONS ON AWARDS OF THE COMMEMORATIVE MEDAL "FOR THE CAUSE OF MARKET MANAGEMENT"

BASED ON DECREE NO. 29/2004/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 16, 2004 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF TRADE;
BASED ON THE LAW ON COMPETITION AND RECOGNITION OF MERIT AND DEMERIT OF NOVEMBER 26, 2003, THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENT TO THE LAW ON COMPETITION AND RECOGNITION OF MERIT AND DEMERIT OF JUNE 14, 2005, AND DECREE NO. 121/2005/NĐ-CP OF SEPTEMBER 30, 2005 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING DETAILED PROVISIONS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN ARTICLES OF THE LAW.
AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR COMPETITION AND RECOGNITION OF MERIT AND DEMERIT AT DOCUMENT NO. 961/BTĐKT-V2 OF JUNE 4, 2007, AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE MARKET MANAGEMENT AGENCY, THE STANDING COMMITTEE FOR COMPETITION AND RECOGNITION OF MERIT AND DEMERIT OF THE MINISTRY,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHES HERETO THE REGULATIONS ON AWARDS OF THE COMMEMORATIVE MEDAL "FOR THE CAUSE OF MARKET MANAGEMENT" WITH THIS DECISION.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COUNCIL FOR COMPETITION AND RECOGNITION OF MERIT AND DEMERIT OF THE MINISTRY, THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, HEADS OF MINISTRY UNITS, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE DEPARTMENTS OF TRADE (TRADE AND TOURISM), THE DIRECTOR OF THE MARKET MANAGEMENT AGENCY, AND THE STANDING COMMITTEE FOR COMPETITION AND RECOGNITION OF MERIT AND DEMERIT OF THE MINISTRY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCEMENT OF THIS DECISION./.
