Regarding the classification of national monuments

At the proposal of the Director of the Cinema Department.

Pursuant to Resolution No. 01/2007/QH12 dated July 31, 2007 of the National Assembly on the organizational structure of the Government and the number of Deputy Prime Ministers for the XIIth term;

Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;

Considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Hanoi City at Document No. 2876/UBND-VX dated May 29, 2007, Document No. 4686/UBND-VX dated August 28, 2007, and the monument dossier;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Heritage Management Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Classification of national monuments:

ARCHAEOLOGICAL MONUMENT

SAC TAC ALTAR SITE

NAM DONG WARD, DONG DA DISTRICT, HANOI CITY

The protected area of the monument is determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas in the dossier.

Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the monuments classified under Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the monuments within their respective duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Management Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Hanoi City, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
