Issuing the Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for Grade 12
THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decision No. 16/2006/QĐ-BGDĐT dated May 5, 2006 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the General Secondary Education Program;
Pursuant to the conclusion of the Council for Appraising Early Childhood and Primary Education Equipment on April 6, 2008;
At the proposal of the Heads of the Departments: Secondary Education, Planning and Finance, Science, Technology, and Environment,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision hereby issues the Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for Grade 12 attached hereto.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. Based on the Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for Grade 12 issued herein, the Departments of Education and Training shall be responsible for directing the procurement, production, collection, preservation, and utilization of equipment for teaching purposes at secondary schools.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Heads of the Departments: Planning and Finance, Secondary Education, Science, Technology, and Environment, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, and Directors of the Departments of Education and Training shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
