Regulations on economic and technical norms for planning and adjusting water resource plans

MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT
Based on the Water Resources Law dated May 20, 1998;
Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
At the proposal of the Director of the Water Resources Management Department, the Heads of the Planning Division, and the Legal Affairs Division,
c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B
Article 1. The economic and technical norms for planning and adjusting water resource plans are hereby issued together with this Circular.
Article 2. These economic and technical norms for planning and adjusting water resource plans shall be uniformly applied throughout the country and take effect from November 20, 2009.
Article 3. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, agencies under the Government, Chairmen of Provincial People's Committees, the Director of the Water Resources Management Department, Heads of units under the Ministry, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
