CIRCULAR
ISSUING TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON WIRE FOR EXPLOSIVE SIGNALS

WHEREAS, Decree No. 189/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and Decree No. 44/2011/NĐ-CP dated June 14, 2011 amending and supplementing Article 3 of Decree No. 189/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
WHEREAS, Circular No. 23/2007/TT-BKHCN dated September 28, 2007 of the Ministry of Science and Technology guides the development, review, and issuance of technical regulations;
Article 1. THIS CIRCULAR ATTACHES THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON WIRE FOR EXPLOSIVE SIGNALS.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JULY 26, 2012.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S INSPECTION DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTORS OF THE MINISTRY’S DEPARTMENTS AND GENERAL DIRECTORATES, THE DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE AND CITY INDUSTRY AND TRADE DEPARTMENTS UNDER THE DIRECT CONTROL OF THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, THE HEADS OF ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ASSOCIATED WITH THESE MATTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR.
