ISSUING REGULATIONS ON STANDARDS FOR EVALUATING CONTINUOUS EDUCATION CENTERS

Pursuant to the Education Law on June 14, 2005; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Education Law on November 25, 2009;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 178/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 3, 2007 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AT THE SAME LEVEL;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2006/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 2, 2006 PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE EDUCATION LAW; AND GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 31/2011/NĐ-CP OF MAY 11, 2011 AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2006/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 2, 2006 PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE EDUCATION LAW;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE ASSESSMENT AND QUALITY CONTROL COUNCIL AND THE HEAD OF THE CONTINUOUS EDUCATION DEPARTMENT,
THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR ON STANDARDS FOR EVALUATING CONTINUOUS EDUCATION CENTERS:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE THE REGULATIONS ON STANDARDS FOR EVALUATING CONTINUOUS EDUCATION CENTERS.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JUNE 16, 2012.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE, HEAD OF THE CONTINUOUS EDUCATION DEPARTMENT, DIRECTOR OF THE ASSESSMENT AND QUALITY CONTROL COUNCIL, HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING; CHAIRMEN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCTION AND MUNICIPAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING DEPARTMENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS CIRCULAR./.
