Circular No. 15/2013/TT-BGDĐT promulgates the framework curriculum for intermediate vocational education in the Transport Operations group of industries.

BASED ON THE EDUCATION LAW ON JUNE 14, 2005; THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENT TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE EDUCATION LAW ON NOVEMBER 25, 2009;

Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 18, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law; Decree No. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law; Decree No. 07/2013/NĐ-CP dated January 9, 2013 of the Government amending point b, Clause 13, Article 1 of Decree No. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 115/2010/NĐ-CP dated December 24, 2010 of the Government stipulating responsibilities for state management of education;

Pursuant to the Minutes of the Review Board dated December 1, 2010 for the Intermediate Vocational Education Framework Training Programs established pursuant to Decision No. 4995/QĐ-BGDĐT dated November 4, 2010 of the Minister of Education and Training;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Vocational Education;

The Minister of Education and Training decides:

Article 1. This Circular issues two intermediate vocational education framework programs under the Exploitation and Transportation Industry Group, including the following majors:

1. Road Transport Exploitation.

2. Rail Transport Exploitation.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from June 24, 2013. The framework programs issued with this Circular shall be used in educational institutions assigned the task of training these majors at the intermediate vocational level.

Article 3. Based on the framework program stipulated in this Circular, educational institutions assigned the task of training the majors specified in Article 1 shall organize to develop specific school training programs; organize the compilation or selection; approve textbooks for use as teaching materials in schools based on the review board's assessment of textbooks established by the head of the educational institution.

Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Department of Vocational Education, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, and the Heads of educational institutions assigned to train the majors at the intermediate vocational level specified in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
