ANNOUNCING HS CODES FOR PESTICIDES PERMITTED FOR USE AND PROHIBITED FROM USE IN VIETNAM.
Pursuant to Decree No.15/2017/NĐ-CPdated February 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
1. List of products changing information related to trade name and information related to organizations and individuals registering, Appendix I issued together with this Circular:
At the request of the Director of the Plant Protection Department;object;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues this Circular to amend and supplement certain contents of Circular No. 03/2016/TT-BNNPTNT dated April 21, 2016 on the issue of the list of pesticides permitted for use and prohibited from use in Vietnam; announcing HS codes for pesticides permitted for use and prohibited from use in Vietnam,03/2016/TT-BNNPTNTApril 21, 2016 on the issue of the list of pesticides permitted for use and prohibited from use in Vietnam; announcing HS codes for pesticides permitted for use and prohibited from use in Vietnam,Pursuant to Decree No. 24/2018/NĐ-CP dated February 27, 2018 of the Government on handling complaints and reports in the fields of labor, vocational education, dispatching Vietnamese workers abroad under contracts, employment, occupational safety and health;prohibited from use in Vietnam.of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home AffairsAmending and supplementing certain contents of Circular No. 03/2016/TT-BNNPTNT dated April 21, 2016 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the issue of the list of pesticides permitted for use and prohibited from use in Vietnam; announcing HS codes for pesticides permitted for use and prohibited from use in Vietnam, including:
Article 1. 1. Amending the name of the organization applying for registration: 7 cases (Annex I attached hereto).
a) Disease control pesticide: 1 active ingredient, 1 trade name;
2. Plant protection chemicals officially registered in the List of plant protection chemicals permitted for use in Vietnam (Annex II attached hereto), including:
b) Weed control pesticide: 4 active ingredients with 4 trade names.
a) Insecticide: 148 types of pesticides;
3. Plant protection chemicals registered for supplementary inclusion in the List of plant protection chemicals permitted for use in Vietnam (Annex III attached hereto), including:
b) Disease control pesticide: 138 types of pesticides;
c) Weed control pesticide: 44 types of pesticides;
d) Growth regulator: 16 types of pesticides;
đ) Snail control pesticide: 09 types of pesticides;
e) Lure substance: 2 types of pesticides;
g) Termite control pesticide: 1 type of pesticide.
This Circular takes effect from October 1, 2017.
Article 2. Effective Date
The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Plant Protection Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Heads of centrally governed cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
