1. List of products changing information related to trade name and information related to organizations and individuals registering, Appendix I issued together with this Circular:

Article 1. 1. Amending the name of the organization applying for registration: 7 cases (Annex I attached hereto).

a) Disease control pesticide: 1 active ingredient, 1 trade name;

2. Plant protection chemicals officially registered in the List of plant protection chemicals permitted for use in Vietnam (Annex II attached hereto), including:

b) Weed control pesticide: 4 active ingredients with 4 trade names.

a) Insecticide: 148 types of pesticides;

3. Plant protection chemicals registered for supplementary inclusion in the List of plant protection chemicals permitted for use in Vietnam (Annex III attached hereto), including:

b) Disease control pesticide: 138 types of pesticides;

c) Weed control pesticide: 44 types of pesticides;

d) Growth regulator: 16 types of pesticides;

đ) Snail control pesticide: 09 types of pesticides;

e) Lure substance: 2 types of pesticides;

g) Termite control pesticide: 1 type of pesticide.

This Circular takes effect from October 1, 2017.

Article 2. Effective Date

The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Plant Protection Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Heads of centrally governed cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
