CIRCULAR
Issuing National Technical Regulations on
Construction works using energy efficiently

Pursuant to Decree No. 81/2017/NĐ-CP dated July 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment,
The Minister of Construction hereby issues this Circular promulgating the National Technical Regulation on "Construction Works Using Energy Efficiently," code number QCVN 09:2017/BXD.
Article 1. This Circular sets forth the National Technical Regulation on "Construction Works Using Energy Efficiently," code number QCVN 09:2017/BXD.
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect from June 1, 2018, and replace Circular No. 15/2013/TT-BXD dated September 26, 2013 of the Ministry of Construction promulgating the National Technical Regulation on "Construction Works Using Energy Efficiently," code number QCVN 09:2013/BXD.
Article 3. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of Governmental Agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
