Amending and supplementing some articles of Decree No. 30/2013/NĐ-CP dated April 8, 2013 of the Government on air cargo transportation business and common aviation activities and Decree No. 92/2016/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2016 of the Government stipulating conditions for certain business sectors in the civil aviation industry
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Government Organization and the Law on Local Administration dated November 22, 2019;
Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Law of Vietnam dated June 29, 2006; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Civil Aviation Law of Vietnam dated November 21, 2014;
Pursuant to the Investment Law dated June 17, 2020; at the proposal of the Minister of Transport;
The Government promulgates this Decree amending and supplementing one article of Decree No. 30/2013/NĐ-CP dated April 8, 2013 of the Government on air cargo transportation business and common aviation activities and Decree No. 92/2016/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2016 of the Government stipulating conditions for certain business sectors in the civil aviation industry.
Article 1. Amending and supplementing some articles of Decree No. 30/2013/NĐ-CP dated April 8, 2013 of the Government on air cargo transportation business and common aviation activities
Replacing Model No. 03, Model No. 06, Model No. 08, Model No. 09, and Model No. 10 attached to Decree No. 30/2013/NĐ-CP dated April 8, 2013 of the Government on air cargo transportation business and common aviation activities with Model No. 03, Model No. 06, Model No. 08, Model No. 09, and Model No. 10 attached as Appendix I to this Decree.
Article 2. Amending and supplementing some articles of Decree No. 92/2016/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2016 of the Government stipulating conditions for certain business sectors in the civil aviation industry (amended and supplemented by Decree No. 64/2022/NĐ-CP dated September 15, 2022 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of decrees related to business operations in the civil aviation industry).
1. Replacing Model No. 01 attached to Decree No. 92/2016/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2016 of the Government stipulating conditions for certain business sectors in the civil aviation industry with Model No. 01 attached as Appendix II to this Decree.
2. Replacing Model No. 03 attached to Decree No. 92/2016/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2016 of the Government stipulating conditions for certain business sectors in the civil aviation industry (replaced by Appendix II attached to Decree No. 64/2022/NĐ-CP dated September 15, 2022 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of decrees related to business operations in the civil aviation industry) with Model No. 03 attached as Appendix II to this Decree.
Article 3. Effectiveness
1. This Decree takes effect from the date of issuance.
2. Certificates of registration for common aviation activities and certificates of trademark registration issued before the effective date of this Decree shall remain valid until such certificates are revoked.
3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and centrally-administered city People's Committees shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
