On the basis of Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015; Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Government Organization and the Law on Local Administration dated November 22, 2019;
On the basis of Law on Planning dated November 24, 2017;
On the basis of Law on Radio Frequency dated November 23, 2009; Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Radio Frequency dated November 9, 2022;
At the proposal of the Minister of Information and Communications;
Article 1. Amending and supplementing certain Articles of Decision No. 22/2021/QĐ-TTg dated July 2, 2021 of the Prime Minister on Criteria for Classifying State-Owned Enterprises and Enterprises with State Capital for Ownership Transformation, Restructuring, and Divestment during the Period 2021-2025 71/2013/QĐ-TTg dated November 21, 2013 issued by the Prime Minister promulgating the National Radio Frequency Band Plan amended and supplemented with certain provisions pursuant to Decision No. 38/2021/QĐ-TTg dated December 29, 2021 issued by the Prime Minister.
Article 1. Amending and supplementing Note VTN9 at Clause 2, Article 9 of the National Radio Frequency Band Plan promulgated together with Decision No. 71/2013/QĐ-TTg dated November 21, 2013, which has been amended and supplemented with certain provisions pursuant to Decision No. 38/2021/QĐ-TTg dated December 29, 2021 issued by the Prime Minister as follows:
“VTN9: The frequency bands 1427-1518 MHz, 1900-2010 MHz, 2110-2200 MHz, 2300-2400 MHz, and 2500-2600 MHz are allocated for IMT systems to develop the economy and society.”
Article 2. Implementation clause
1. This Decision shall take effect from the date of issuance.
2. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and centrally governed city People's Committees shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
