THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 61/2012/ND-CP dated August 10, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 18/2010/ND-CP dated March 5, 2010 of the Government on training and retraining of civil servants;
Pursuant to Circular No. 03/2011/TT-BNV dated January 25, 2011 of the Ministry of Home Affairs guiding the implementation of certain provisions of Decree No. 18/2010/ND-CP;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Civil Servant Training and Retraining Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approving the acceptance results of the Digitalization Software and uploading training programs and training materials for civil servants to the Ministry of Home Affairs' electronic information website.
Article 2. Directing the Civil Servant Training and Retraining Department to coordinate with the Information Center to organize the management, operation, exploitation, and utilization of the Digitalization Software and uploading training programs and training materials for civil servants to the Ministry of Home Affairs' electronic information website in accordance with regulations.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Director of the Civil Servant Training and Retraining Department, the Director of the Information Center, the Head of the Ministry's Office, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
