CIRCULAR
Issuing the Catalogue of Education and Training at Level IV (College and University)
Circular No. 14/2010/TT-BGDĐT dated April 27, 2010, issued by the Minister of Education and Training to issue the Catalogue of Education and Training at Level IV (College and University), which took effect from June 12, 2010, has been amended and supplemented by:
Circular No. 32/2013/TT-BGDĐT dated August 5, 2013, issued by the Minister of Education and Training to amend and supplement the Catalogue of Education and Training at Level IV (College and University) issued together with Circular No. 14/2010/TT-BGDĐT dated April 27, 2010, issued by the Minister of Education and Training, which took effect from September 20, 2013.
Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated 03 the 12 Year 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry1. To firmly grasp Marxist-Leninist theory and Ho Chi Minh Thought.
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
Pursuant to Decision No. 38/2009/QĐ-TTg dated March 9, 2009, issued by the Prime Minister to promulgate the List of Education and Training in the National Education System;
At the proposal of the Director of the Higher Education Department, the Minister of Education and Training hereby decides as follows[1]:
Article 1. Issuing the Catalogue of Education and Training at Level IV (College and University) together with this Circular.
Article 2[2]. This Circular takes effect from June 12, 2010, and replaces Decision No. 2301/QĐ-LB dated December 22, 1990, issued by the Minister of Education and Training and the General Statistics Office on issuing the Catalogue of University Training Programs in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Higher Education Department, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, the Presidents of universities and academies, and the Principals of colleges are responsible for implementing this Circular.

The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular to amend and supplement the Catalogue of Education and Training at Level IV (College and University):

“Article 2. This Circular takes effect from September 20, 2013.”
