DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Regarding the announcement of the List of Circulars that have ceased to be legally effective
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
BASED ON THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL REGULATORY DOCUMENTS dated November 12, 1996;
Pursuant to Decree No. 101/CP dated September 23, 1997 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Legal Documents;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
After exchanging and reaching consensus with relevant Ministries and sectors;
At the proposal of the Director of the Financial Policy Department; Heads of units under and affiliated with the Ministry,
Pursuant to …;:
Article 1: Announce the List of 11 Circulars jointly issued by the Ministry of Finance and other Ministries and sectors up to December 31, 1999, which have ceased to be legally effective (attached).
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after the date of signature.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and units under and affiliated with the Ministry of Finance shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
