        On the basis of Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the tenth session of the tenth National Assembly;

        On the basis of the Law on Vietnamese Citizenship 2008;

        Considering the proposal of the Government at the Memoranda No. 04/TTr-CP dated January 11, 2012,

DECISION:

        Article 1. Termination of Vietnamese citizenship for two citizens:

      1. Lý Hưng Phát, born on September 20, 1994 in Dong Nai, gender: male; currently residing at: 109/18 Thai Phien Street, Ward 2, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City

      2. Lý Ngọc Vân, born on November 13, 1995 in Dong Nai, gender: female, currently residing at: 109/18 Thai Phien Street, Ward 2, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City.

        Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

      The Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice, the Director of the Office of the President, and the citizens named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
