Regarding the issuance of the Regulation
on the Legal System Development Support Fund of Vietnam

CPursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2001/NĐ-CP dated May 4, 2001 of the Government on the Issuance of the Regulation on Management and Use of Official Development Assistance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 103/1998/NĐ-CP dated December 26, 1998 of the Government on the Management of Cooperation with Foreign Countries in the Field of Law;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Justice,
DECISION:
Article 1. The accompanying this Decision is the Regulation on the Legal System Development Support Fund of Vietnam.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Minister of Justice, the Ministers, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of Government Agencies, Chairmen of Provincial People's Committees under the Central Government, and Heads of relevant agencies and organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
