OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
PRESIDENT OF THE VIETNAM DEMOCRATIC REPUBLICIC GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 63 dated November 22, 1945 organizing the people's administration and the Administrative Committee,
Pursuant to Decree No. 1/SL dated December 18, 1946 establishing the Protection Committees,
Pursuant to Decree No. 3/NV/SL dated December 28, 1946 temporarily suspending elections for the People's Councils and Administrative Committees,
Pursuant to Decree No. 91/SL dated October 1, 1947 establishing the Anti-French Resistance Administrative Committees at provincial, prefectural, county, district, and commune levels,
Pursuant to Decree No. 120/SL dated February 25, 1948 establishing the Anti-French Resistance Administrative Committees at the regional level,
Pursuant to Decree No. 148/SL dated March 25, 1948 abolishing the terms prefecture, district, and county,
Pursuant to Decree No. 149/SL dated March 25, 1948 removing the word "combined" from the term Anti-French Resistance Administrative Committee combined with Administrative Committee,
Pursuant to Decree No. 129/SL dated February 5, 1948 allowing the re-election of Commune People's Councils in special cases,
Pursuant to Decree No. 150/SL dated March 25, 1948 stipulating the People's Councils in enemy-controlled or threatened areas,

ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1
Particularly during the resistance period, when it is necessary to re-elect all members of an Anti-French Resistance Administrative Committee, there is no need to elect two additional reserve members.
Article 2
THE MINISTER OF INTERIOR SHALL ENFORCE THIS DECREE.
