This Decision issues the Export Award Regulation to commend enterprises and individuals with outstanding achievements in export activities from 1999 onwards, applicable to the Ministry of Trade, relevant ministries and sectors, and enterprises engaged in production and trading of export goods.

Pursuant to Decree No. 95/CP dated December 4, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;
Pursuant to Decision No. 195/1999/QĐ-TTg dated September 27, 1999 of the Prime Minister on the establishment, utilization, and management of the Export Support Fund;
After reaching consensus with the Ministry of Finance,

Article 1. Issuing the Export Award Regulations attached to this Decision.
Article 2. The competent agencies of the Ministry of Trade and related Ministries and Sectors, and export production and business enterprises shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect for awarding achievements in export activities from 1999./.
