LETTER

OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE NUMBER 15596 TC/VP ON DECEMBER 30, 2004
REGARDING CORRECTING DECISION NO. 98/2004/QĐ-BTC

 

Dear: - Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and government agencies

- People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities.

 

Due to a clerical error in the drafting process, Article 4 in Decision No. 98/2004/QĐ-BTC dated December 13, 2004 of the Ministry of Finance regarding the regulation on toll fees for the Hau Giang ferry is incorrect. The Ministry of Finance corrects it to be: "Article 3".

The Ministry of Finance hereby informs relevant agencies.
