MINISTRY OF FINANCE DECISION NO. 15638/TC-PC OF DECEMBER 31, 2004 CORRECTING CIRCULAR NO. 94/2004/TT-BTC OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE

On October 1, 2004, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular No. 94/2004/TT-BTC guiding the implementation of Decision No. 158/2004/QĐ-TTg dated August 31, 2004 of the Prime Minister on continuing to pilot the allocation of staff positions and operating funds for the General Department of Customs in 2004. During the process of drafting and promulgating the above-mentioned document, there were some errors in Clause 1, Section C of the Circular. Now, we correct and amend Clause 1, Section C of this Circular as follows: "This Circular shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. All previous guiding documents that conflict with the provisions of this Circular shall be abolished."
The Ministry of Finance hereby informs relevant agencies to be aware and adjust during the implementation of this Circular.
