Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Based on the Land Law dated November 26, 2003;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs at the report No. 3296/TTr-BNV dated August 29, 2006 on the determination of the administrative boundary line between Binh Thuan and Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provinces and at the letter No. 3877/BNV-CQDP dated October 30, 2006.

Article 1. The administrative boundary line between Binh Thuan Province and Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province is depicted on four (4) topographic map sheets with a scale of 1/50,000 and system VN-2000 published by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment in 2004, with the following sheet numbers: C-48-35-B (6430 I), C-48-35-D (6430 II), C-48-36-A (6530 IV), C-48-36-C (6530 III), starting from the tripoint boundary among Dong Nai, Binh Thuan, and Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provinces at Mount Mây Tào, heading south-southeast to the upper source of the western branch of Suoi Ta Rang, running along the western branch of Suoi Ta Rang to the junction of Suoi Ta Rang and Suoi Du Du, then following Suoi Du Du to the junction of Suoi Du Du, Suoi Bang, and Song Chua, from there proceeding to the junction of the small dirt road with Road 331, running along Road 331 to the junction of Road 331 with the footpath, then continuing to the Saltwater Bridge, then to the sand dune of Dong Ba Muoi, and finally reaching the eastern sea coast.

Article 2. Entrust the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and the People's Committees of Binh Thuan and Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provinces to determine the administrative boundary line between the two provinces and set up markers on the ground based on Article 1 above.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 763/TTg dated November 22, 1995 of the Prime Minister regarding the determination of the administrative boundary line between Binh Thuan Province and Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province.
Article 4. The Minister of Home Affairs, the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, and the Chairpersons of the People's Committees of Binh Thuan and Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provinces are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
