OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE NUMBER 1571TC/VP DATED FEBRUARY 18, 2004
REGARDING CORRECTION OF CIRCULAR NO. 06/2004/TT-BTC
RESPECTED: - Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and government agencies,
- People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities.
Due to a mistake in the drafting process, Circular No. 06/2004/TT-BTC dated February 4, 2004, issued by the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of Decree No. 106/2003/NĐ-CP dated September 23, 2003, promulgated by the Government regarding administrative penalties for violations in the field of fees and charges contains incorrect content as follows:
At Point 5, Section II is stated:
"Organizations and individuals who violate regulations on procedures and formalities for establishing and reporting fee collection plans as stipulated at Points 3, 4, 5, and 6, Subsection A, Part III of Circular No. 63/2002/NĐ-CP dated July 24, 2002, issued by the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of legal provisions on fees and charges shall be subject to administrative penalties as follows:"
The Ministry of Finance amends it as follows:
"Organizations and individuals who violate regulations on procedures and formalities for establishing and reporting fee collection plans as stipulated at Points 3, 4, 5, and 6, Subsection A, Part III of Circular No. 63/2002/TT-BTC dated July 24, 2002, issued by the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of legal provisions on fees and charges shall be subject to administrative penalties as follows:"
The Ministry of Finance hereby informs relevant agencies for their knowledge.
