On December 6, 2006, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular No. 111/2006/TT-BTC guiding financial management work for the application of the quality management system according to the TCVN ISO 9001: 2000 standard in the activities of administrative state agencies. However, due to errors during drafting, the Ministry of Finance requests to amend and supplement some contents of Circular No. 111/2006/TT-BTC as follows:
- At line one, page 2 (Point 1, Section II)
add the word "of": "in accordance with the provisions of Decision No. 144/2006/QĐ-TTg dated by the Prime Minister". of At line four, page 4 (Point 4, Section II), add the word "administrative": "The allocation, distribution of budget estimates;
- use and settlement of funds shall be carried out in accordance with current regulations". - At line ten, page 4 (Section III): add the word "this": "This Circular takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette". The Ministry of Finance sincerely apologizes./.
