Amending and supplementing Item 4, Part II of Appendix No. 02 on certain types of construction steel issued together with Circular No. 11/2001/TT-BTM dated April 18, 2001 of the Ministry of Trade.

Pursuant to Decision No. 46/2001/QĐ-TTg dated April 4, 2001 of the Prime Minister on managing exports and imports of goods during the period 2001-2005, and pursuant to Circular No. 11/2001/TT-BTM dated April 18, 2001 of the Ministry of Trade guiding the implementation of the aforementioned decision;
Pursuant to Document No. 1459/CV-KHĐT dated April 18, 2001 and Document No. 1944/CV-KHĐT dated May 21, 2001 of the Ministry of Industry on managing imports of construction steel;
The Ministry of Trade hereby provides detailed guidance as follows:
1. Replacing Item 4 of Part II of Appendix No. 02 (List of Goods for Export and Import under the Permit of the Ministry of Trade for the Period 2001-2005) issued together with Circular No. 11/2001/TT-BTM dated April 18, 2001 of the Ministry of Trade with a new Item 4 as follows:
