DECISION OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Regarding the approval of the Amended Charter of the Vietnam-Korea Friendship Association
- Pursuant to Decree No. 102/SL-L004 dated May 20, 1957 on the right to establish associations,
- Pursuant to Decree No. 181/CP dated November 9, 1994 of the Government regarding the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Civil Service Committee (now the Ministry of Home Affairs),
- Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies,
- Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the Vietnam-Korea Friendship Association;
DECIDES:
Article 1: Approves the Amended Charter of the Vietnam-Korea Friendship Association adopted at the Second Congress on April 29, 2002.
Article 2: The Chairman of the Vietnam-Korea Friendship Association and the Director of the Department for Non-Governmental Organizations shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
