DECISION
On issuing regulations on postal stamps management
THE MINISTER OF POSTS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Posts and Telecommunications dated May 25, 2002;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 90/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 157/2004/NĐ-CP dated August 18, 2004 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Ordinance on Posts and Telecommunications regarding Posts;
Upon the proposal of the Director of the Posts Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached herewith are the "Regulations on Postal Stamps Management".
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. This Decision replaces Decision No. 217/2000/QĐ-TCBĐ dated March 6, 2000 of the General Post Master on issuing regulations on postal stamp business management.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Inspectorate, Departments, Directors of Posts and Telecommunications Services, Heads of units under the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications; Heads of enterprises and related social organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision.
