Issuing the Model Regulation on Organization and Operation of Libraries
of the libraryunder centrally governed cities
THE MINISTER
Pursuant to the Library Ordinance dated December 28, 2000;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
At the request of the Director of the Library Department and the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Model Regulation on the organization and operation of libraries of provinces and centrally governed cities attached hereto.
Article 2. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Library Department, the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department, the Directors of the Departments of Culture and Information of provinces and centrally governed cities shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. Any previous provisions contrary to this Decision shall be abolished.
