THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 36/2003/NĐ-CP OF APRIL 4, 2003, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT;
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision hereby promulgates 01 Vietnam Construction Standard: TCXDVN 334:2005 "Painting standards for equipment and steel structures in civil and industrial construction".
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Directors of the Ministry's Office, Heads of Science and Technology Departments, and Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
