BASED ON RESOLUTION NO. 01/2007/QH12 OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM, SESSION I, TERM XII, DATED JULY 31, 2007, REGARDING THE STRUCTURE OF THE GOVERNMENT AND THE NUMBER OF DEPUTY PRIME MINISTERS FOR TERM XII;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/2007/NĐ-CP OF THE GOVERNMENT, DATED DECEMBER 3, 2007, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENTAL BODIES AT THE MINISTERIAL LEVEL;
BASED ON THE PRESS LAW OF DECEMBER 28, 1989, THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENT TO CERTAIN ARTICLES OF THE PRESS LAW OF JUNE 12, 1999, AND DECREE NO. 51/2002/NĐ-CP OF THE GOVERNMENT, DATED APRIL 26, 2002, PROVIDING DETAILS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PRESS LAW AND THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENT TO CERTAIN ARTICLES OF THE PRESS LAW;
BASED ON DECISION NO. 77/2007/QĐ-TTg OF THE PRIME MINISTER, DATED MAY 28, 2007, ISSUING REGULATIONS ON PUBLIC SPEAKING AND INFORMATION DISSEMINATION TO THE MEDIA;
The Minister of Industry and Trade promulgates the Circular amending and supplementing certain provisions on the delegation of administrative procedures in fields under the management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade."
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO ARE THE REGULATIONS ON PUBLIC SPEAKING AND INFORMATION DISSEMINATION TO THE MEDIA OF THE MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE..
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S INSPECTION, THE DIRECTORS OF DEPARTMENTS, DIRECTORS OF BUREAUS, HEADS OF ASSOCIATED UNITS, AND THE MINISTRY’S SPOKESPERSON SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
