DECISION
Issuing "Regulations on Passenger Transport by Fixed Route Buses, Contractual Transport, and Tourist Transport by Buses"
Based on the Road Traffic Law dated June 29, 2001;

MINISTER OF TRANSPORT
Based on the Government Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003, stipulating the functions, tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
Based on the Government Decree No. 110/2006/NĐ-CP dated September 28, 2006, regarding Conditions for Operating Motor Vehicle Transport Services;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Transport Department.
Issued along with this Decision are the "Regulations on Passenger Transport by Fixed Route Buses, Contractual Transport, and Tourist Transport by Buses."
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 09/2005/QĐ-BGTVT dated January 10, 2005, issued by the Minister of Transport. All previous regulations that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 2. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Inspectorate, the Directors of all Departments, the Director of the Vietnam Highway Administration, the Directors of Provincial and Central City Transport Departments (Transport and Public Works Departments), the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of relevant Departments, the Director of the Vietnam Highway Administration, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Transport (Transport and Public Works) under centrally governed cities and provinces, the Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals related to this matter are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
