ISSUING TECHNICAL STANDARDS FOR ENVIRONMENT

MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT
BASED ON THE LAW ON STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS dated June 29, 2006;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Director General of the Environment Administration and the Head of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The following 08 National Technical Regulations on the environment are hereby promulgated together with this Decision:
1. QCVN 08:2008/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on surface water quality;
2. QCVN 09:2008/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on groundwater quality;
3. QCVN 10:2008/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on coastal seawater quality;
4. QCVN 11:2008/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on industrial wastewater from aquatic product processing;
5. QCVN 12:2008/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on industrial wastewater from paper and pulp production;
6. QCVN 13:2008/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on industrial wastewater from textile and garment industries;
7. QCVN 14:2008/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on domestic wastewater;
8. QCVN 15:2008/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on pesticide residues in soil.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Minister, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the central government, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
