CIRCULAR
Issuing regulations on the Intermediate Vocational Education Framework Program

Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
At the request of the Director of the Department of Vocational Education,
The Minister of Education and Training decides:
Article 1. These regulations on the Intermediate Vocational Education Framework Program are hereby issued together with this Circular.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from August 12, 2010. This Circular replaces Decision No. 21/2001/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated June 6, 2001 of the Minister of Education and Training on the issuance of the Intermediate Vocational Education Framework Program.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, Heads of the Department of Vocational Education, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, Heads of educational institution management agencies, Principals of intermediate vocational schools, Heads of institutions entrusted with the task of training intermediate vocational education, organizations and individuals related to this matter are responsible for implementing this Circular.
