Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Atomic Energy Law dated June 3, 2008;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
Pursuant to Decree No. 07/2010/NĐ-CP dated January 25, 2010 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Atomic Energy Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 70/2010/ND-CP dated June 22, 2010 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Atomic Energy Law regarding nuclear power plants;
Pursuant to Decree No. 20/2013/NĐ-CP dated February 26, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology;
Pursuant to Decision No. 16/2007/QĐ-TTg dated January 29, 2007 of the Prime Minister approving the overall planning for the national resource and environment monitoring network until 2020;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1636/QĐ-TTg dated August 31, 2010 of the Prime Minister approving the planning for the national environmental radiation monitoring and warning network until 2020;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Atomic Energy Institute;
The Minister of Science and Technology issues this Circular on the National Technical Regulation on the Radiation Monitoring Network and National Environmental Radiation Warning System.
Article 1. This Circular promulgates the National Technical Regulation on the Radiation Monitoring Network and National Environmental Radiation Warning System.
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect 180 days from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Director of the Vietnam Atomic Energy Institute, Heads of units under the Ministry of Science and Technology, Directors of Provincial and Central City Science and Technology Departments, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Science and Technology for study and amendment./.
