Circular No. 16/2016/TT-BTNMT promulgates the List of Place Names for Population, Topography, Hydrography, and Socio-Economic Purposes to Serve the Work of Establishing Maps of Long An Province

CIRCULAR

ISSUING THE LIST OF POPULATED PLACE NAMES, TOPOGRAPHIC, HYDROGRAPHIC, AND ECONOMIC-SOCIAL NAMES FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREATING TOWN MAPS OF LONG AN PROVINCE

BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 45/2015/NĐ-CP OF MAY 6, 2015 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON SURVEYING AND MAPPING ACTIVITIESJune 2024;YEAR 2015"b) In addition to the lists of public services issued according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 4 of this Decree, specialized agencies under provincial People's Committees shall report to the provincial People's Committee for decision-making on amending, supplementing, or issuing the list of public services funded by the state budget within their jurisdiction and consistent with the local budget capacity within the approved budget by the Provincial People's Assembly, and send it to the Ministry of Finance and relevant ministries and sectors for supervision during implementation."OF THE GOVERNMENT ON SURVEYING AND MAPPING ACTIVITIES;

Article 1. ACCOMPANYING THIS CIRCULAR IS THE LIST OF POPULATED PLACE NAMES, TOPOGRAPHIC, HYDROGRAPHIC, AND ECONOMIC-SOCIAL NAMES FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREATING TOWN MAPS OF LONG AN PROVINCE.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from September 1, 2016.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
